Can you imagine not needing to control your reactions to stress because you didn’t have harmful reactions to stress at all?
What if you didn’t have to bite your tongue during challenging conversations because you knew how to control the responses coming out of your mouth?
That is what real growth is about.
It’s not about managing old behaviors, but instead about learning to form new, healthy ones.
That is one of the key things that I offer in my coaching classes – real growth.
Instead of telling them to “stop” a particular destructive thought or behavior and expecting them to will their way to change, we dig deeper and learn to form new habits and new ways of thinking.
This growth, however, does not happen in a vacuum. It happens in the context of relationships.
Who do you have in your close circle that you can trust to have these kinds of conversations with? Do you have anyone in your life that can help you grow and become a better version of yourself? If not, drop me a line and we can talk about what that might look like.
