You Can’t Export What You Haven’t Imported

Those people who think they have somehow reached the top and know everything there is to know about their profession or industry are on a slippery slope.  There is a lot to be said about people who maintain a learning posture throughout their lives.  No matter where you are on the corporate ladder or how successful you are, there is still more to learn.  We must first be aware of our need to keep learning and growing before any learning can take place.  Make it a goal to learn something new each day and you will be surprised how much you can grow. 

If you stop learning, you will eventually stop leading.
