Micromanaging

Feeling under a magnified glass?  Are YOU the one holding the magnified glass?  Micromanaging kills businesses and increases turnover.  STOP spending your valuable time trying to fix everything and controlling those around you.  You are NOT THAT important.  You already know it is risky, but we must empower others to do their jobs (and allow them to fail) if we as leaders are to stay out in front.  Empowering others will boost your productivity, increase job satisfaction and ultimately strengthen your team.
