FEAR

Shoot, Move and Communicate are three important aspects of shooting in the SEAL Teams.  What would happen on our missions if we became so paralyzed by fear that we froze and stood still?  We would die.  Now the civilian world usually isn’t that drastic, but fear can still ruin opportunities, sabotage moments, and waste possibilities.  We all have fears…. what’s yours?  What if today we faced those fears head on and decided to take baby steps toward them?  What would that look like for you?
