If you feel like you have been in survival mode during this pandemic, you are not alone.
Many times, the feelings of uncertainty can cause so much fear and anxiety that we remain stuck in our decision-making. Can you relate to that?
One way to shift from surviving to thriving is by not only practicing daily mental self-care, but also by not remaining stagnant.
I want to encourage you to press onward and keep making decisions. This forward momentum is good for your cognitive abilities and will help you to get unstuck.
Like the title of this blog suggests: stop thinking and start doing.
Of course, I am not suggesting that you jump into major decisions without thinking about it, getting wise counsel or weighing the pros and cons, but playing the mental gymnastics and remaining indecisive will only hurt you in the long run.
