Now What?
Remember what happens when we become so paralyzed by fear that we remain motionless and indecisive? We end up getting surrounded by the enemy and taken out. Our minds are our worst enemies during these times. Many people assume that the physical aspect of SEAL training is the hardest but honestly it isn’t. Our training is only about 20% physical and 80% mental. Developing a mental toughness is essential in SEAL training and essential to our survival in ordinary life. In these uncertain times the road ahead may look foggy, therefore, we must speak positively to ourselves, remind ourselves of what is in our control and develop a no surrender mental attitude.
There is nothing certain but the uncertain. Keep moving forward.
